As an avid pickleball player himself, Mark Redding (founder), wanted to bring the sport to more people. Passionate about the game, he’s sought out to teach both beginner and advanced players how to sharpen their skills and learn the sport. As an ITPTA Level II Instructor with 20+ years of teaching experience, he wants to bring his skills and experience to aspiring and current pickleball players in CLT & beyond.
MEET MARK
Mark was a 4-year Scholarship/Scholar Athlete in Tennis at The Ohio State University. He lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife of 30 years and plays pickleball locally, regionally and nationally. He started Premier Pickleball as a way to teach, coach and inspire all ages in his passion. Elevating his game to the level of Senior Pro in 2022, he began competing professionally in APP and PPA events and has been continually honing his craft. This led to his sponsorship with JOOLA as well as his invitation to join Team JOOLA. When he is not travelling for tournaments, JOOLA engagements or with his wife, Mark spends his time as a practicing neurosurgeon.
